Advantages of living where I live:

• No more hoodrats
• No more Fordham scene kids
• No more middle school kids annoying the shit out of me when they get out of school across the street
• No more having to take the bus to Mike’s
• No more annoying next door neighbors
• Everyone lives near me now
• Better Chinese food place lmao

Disadvantages: 

• Getting to transportation from where I am on Pelham is a bitch
• Getting to school on the 26 is fucking annoying
• THEY DON’T FUCKING SHOVEL THE SNOW IN TIME EVER
• I’ve ruined like three pairs of boots because of this snow
• It’s still the motherfucking Bronx
